Shipping, Return & Refund Policies:

• Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
• Delivery of orders can be expected within 5-6 working days post dispatch. 
• Order cost is inclusive of shipping charges.
• Once an order is processed it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel the order once processed kindly contact our helpline number (+91-9324101971).
• In case of damaged products, kindly share the video of damage on our mail ID – concerns@enchante.co.in and we shall revert within 24hrs of working days.
• We adopt an easy 3-day returns policy as long as the product(s) are unused and returned with all the original packaging, labels and tags intact and unspoiled.
• Product return must be managed by the client, as currently we do not have pick up service. 
• Every return request is treated as an individual case. 
• If the returned products meet our return policy guidelines, we’d be happy to refund your amount to the original mode of payment. 
• Refunds take 7-10 business days to be processed once they are initiated from our end.
• A promo code, once used, shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order.
